Avebury

The great prehistoric stone circle at Avebury on Salisbury Plain provides the starting point and central image for a series of lyrical meditations, expoloring modern man's difficult and painful search for a centre. Stone is the connecting principle, and humanity's roots are rediscovered in the modes of perceptiun of earlier cultures.

The Italian version, translated by Roberto Sanesi, was published by La Nuova Foglio, Macerata in 1976. The book is currently being translated into Greek by Paschalis Nikolaou.
